
Not promoting the people who didn't do the work they were suppose to, because you needed the people who worked hard to keep doing the work they did when no one else would.
Most of the people I worked with were hard working and cared about actually helping people to solve their problems. In my department we had to know a lot and most people were willing to be there for each other to make sure we got the customer exactly what they needed.
People being there for each other. If someone was sick, everyone wrote a get well card. If someone's son had cancer, every one chipped in what they could to help with bills. Most of the fellow associates really cared about each other and I consider some of them my best friends.
I was hired in a different department than I actually was in. The associates in my department all started at $10 an hour, and I was required to do all the same training and task they were, plus some, but I got paid less because I was "technically" in a different department. Store manager didn't care
