What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They seem to only care about money and their own bonuses.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management tells us all the time what we're doing wrong and all the mistakes that happen (even if you didn't do it). There is hardly any positive feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pi work at the service desk and o my get $10/hr. For what they have me do and all the responsibilities they put on me, I should get at least $14/hr. If I try to get health insurance for my family, I will be taking home less than $200 a paycheck. And I'm full-time!
