
Have upper management be more involved instead of micro managing. They need to teach, train and develop instead of telling us we are not good enough and to get better.
What’s positive are the co workers and the groups you know. Some management leaders are great and some are not. It’s a blend and it’s the blend that I tend to enjoy.
They need to be better about scheduling, pay and hiring the right people. Let the supervisor be involved with the hiring and who you bring or move into the department. Nobody likes it when a choice is made for them. Especially with no before hand notice or a heads up.
