I have filled many roles and I enjoyed them all. The company has a clear vision and a great overall culture. Where the issues come from, often times poor leaders are protected by upper management and middle management as they promoted some poor leaders and allowed them to negatively impact buainess.

Transparency in direction, vision for the future.

Unorganized staff meetings with only input from GM.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock Grants and Bonuses are merit based and nit subjective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live the 8 core values and are encouraged to help our customers, peers and communities. It’s about finding ways to say yes and give back to the associates, customers and community.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was hired, it was a while back, the interview was more informal and the hiring manager wanted to know about what I could bring to the team in terms of a more diverse leadership approach as I was coming from outside the industry.
