
instead of changing things because it works on paper actually check with each store to see what works and dont work for that store each store is diffrent
working on low staff and having 1 DH per every 2-3 departments is overwhelming and its costing customer satisfaction theres never enough employees on sales floor to help customers
more employees for sale floor so that one employee dont have work 2 departments, we are feeling over worked and under appreciate really under appreciate. management needs to say more thanks you than reprimanding for things that we can't control due to being under staffed
