Get paid fairly for the work you do, instead of getting paid the same as a lazy peron. Also a cheaper rate on health insurance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The aprons work schedules need to be fix. More people need to be on the floor. Pay rate should be for the job you're doing.
