What makes you most happy at work?
My fellow employees make me the most happy at work. We generally get along very well. We also stategize as a team, which has had a favorable impact when dealing with unforeseen circumstances.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The management is very supportive of the employees. As an employee I am able to participate in stock benefits. The overall benefits are good, in my opinion. Promotions are usually inside and attainable. Overall, a good place to work at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management at the company supports the employees. Most of the employees support each other as well. This culture makes it a joy to go to work most of the time. I personally feel this enhances our performance and attitudes with our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each of my team members works collectively to enhance the performance of the group. As always, there may be one or two individuals who like to go their own way, but overall my team works as one and is effective. I have noticed this applies to other teams as well.
