Revaluing hourly position benefits packaging. And having a better track to move up, in my department in particular high turn over because they don’t give opportunity to move up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salaried v. Hourly benefits are not fair. I left a salary position to come to Home Depot for a hourly marketing job and not happy with benefits such as sick Pay, vacation time and disability coverage compared to the salary employee package
