The fact I know my team has my back, and that getting stuff done when it needs to be done so customers can have the best experience is what makes me happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my store everyone seems to care for one another and look out for Each other. The leadership is cool they push you to do your best and when doing so they do reward you
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a tricky industry some days are slow and some days your running around looking to find extra items for a customer b/c the home is empty but ur inventory shows 20 something on hand. But other than normal stress it's a great environment
