We care about each other and our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe they pay fair wages and do not skimp on bonus opportunities for all employees in many different ways.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been with the company for over 20 years and have gone though many Management teams, the one we have right now is hands down, the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some great, some less then. I am one to believe that if you don't like what you are doing or things aren't going the way you want them to then it's up to you to make or effect the change. But that being said, I work with some wonderful people, who genuinely like their jobs.
