There is a culture of "no walls" between us all. If there is a customer that needs assistance, then you help them. It doesn't matter what department you belong to. We all wear the same orange apron. So, you help each other always!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Family first". If we as individuals, have struggles in our lives or personal problems that we need to address and need time away from work. We are supported and cared for. The company knows that if we are better in our home life, than we will be better for them. We take care of each other!
