Better management from the lower level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More support from all levels of management and less of a" just do it" attitude.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to associates. Show some compassion. Realize we are people with families before we are associates.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have management above store level listen to lower level management in stores. Stop assuming something that worked one store will work on national level. Each store has it's own personality. Something that works in a big store doesn't work well in a smaller store with limited space.
