What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team works well together and are on the same page which reflects thru out the store. They care about the associates and moral is always important.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a key carrying dept manager and with the company 15 yrs. I feel there should be an incentive for being a key carrier and wages for tener associates vs new associates are very close. There should be a wage adjustment.
