No recognition ,feel I’m not heard and no increase in wages for those that have been with the company for years

I think our management team needs to follow power hours and not have everyone focused on freight on customers should come first
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People not staying in department not helping with the work load etc. and the only to fix it is to hold people accountable
