Learning!!!THD provides excellent training to help me increase and fine tune my knowledge. There is so much to learn. I also look forward to meeting be people everyday. I need people my life.

We have great time working well unit to help or customers. Well most us do. My team is honest so communicate effectively to work efficiently. We are happy team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel an honest, hardworking, and loyal associate puts in his/ her very best effort to maximize his/ her skills and pk to become as beneficial to the customer aspossible. I put in hard work in the trenches.I feel I deserve to be paid three dollars above minimum wage. Also store discount.
