
Our team does a poor job, of distributing Homer Awards. Some people seem to get them for doing very little, while some work very hard, but never get recognition. One week someone may earn an award, that in the next week, another may barely get a "thank you" for the same act.
New associates are hired in, making wages that are next to the same as some associates that have years more seniority, and the service desk associates do not earn nearly what they should, considering all that they are responsible for. As the minimum wage increases, so too should seasoned assoc
