Overnight supervisor should be payed above merchanidising supervisors. Way more responsibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm allowed to lead until my direction asked decides to make a desicion. And be wrong.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are not afraid to be them selves, speaking to the business, don't wait to be asked to do something its already being worked.
What makes you most happy at work?
the people the managers that care and assist when needed. The hard workers that you find out new hires and are able to groom and help grow and get promoted. The work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
night operations super visors are a waist of money store with night operations should allocate that money amongst operation supervisors. Day ops is more then enough to keep communication. Operations sups are already strong enough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
daytime leaders communicate accordingly and are positive about team and listening to each other. Night ops does not listen does not really care. Hate being this negative but I have worked with 10+ night ops and and all but 3 have been wasted payroll. Cause night sups made all disicion and all work.
