night operations super visors are a waist of money store with night operations should allocate that money amongst operation supervisors. Day ops is more then enough to keep communication. Operations sups are already strong enough.
daytime leaders communicate accordingly and are positive about team and listening to each other. Night ops does not listen does not really care. Hate being this negative but I have worked with 10+ night ops and and all but 3 have been wasted payroll. Cause night sups made all disicion and all work.
