Associate recognition and awards are actually a big thing here. Associate lunches, they even try to do little things for holidays too.

My management team is always open for communication and treats me like a human being. They have always worked with me when "life" happens.

With my position I aways feel a sense of accomplishment. Either by what impact I make at work or helping a customer with a problem!
