I wish there was an evening shift meeting like the morning meetings.

I feel appreciated and valuable which is always a plus in the workforce.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personally my ops manager Tessa, is the best. Shes so understanding yet strict and its a perfect balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly wage is enough where I can afford to pay my bills without having to get a second job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with alot of kids starting out on their first job and I love it. Training them into strong cashiers and watching tje responsibility in them grow!
What makes you most happy at work?
At my store personally, as a head cashier, I try to keep the moral up. When the cashiers are happy they are bouncing that back onto the customers and the happiness just keeps coming back and forth!
