Communication. In all aspects. How they talk to their employees and having consistency throughout the store. Especially regarding policies.

Attitude. Attitude. Attitude. As well as cleanliness and common courtesy. Pick up after yourself when you leave a register. Take your trash and your returns to the proper spot. Don't take a half hour for a fifteen minute break.
