Lack of or poor leadership. Poor training in key positions, great training in others. Lack of knowledgeble managers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Don't be so judgmental. Teach more.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Knowledge, training, communication, honesty, equality

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. Equality. Acknowledgeing associates without favoritism. Know your peoples strengths.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor communication. People who are boastful/ in front of managers constantly are the ones who get praise, recognition and advancement in the company. the people doing the work and making a difference get little to no recognition. The ones who are actually qualify for the position seldom get it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Some positions pay fairly compared to other companies. Others are way underpaid. Lowe's starts pro desk and specialist more than I make after 9 years at Home Depot. Also was told by a friend he started at $15/hr in 2000. With my yearly increases I may hit that number in 6.
