More control given to SC. There is no reason schedules should be available only at last minute. It makes us ill prepared to give a proper sales demonstration
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Properly compensate HDE Team members. Give more control so they can properly sell and present. If you cannot trust them with this control, then you have hired someone who is not a professional.
