I don't dread going into work everyday but I feel like it's very difficult to move up in the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am given a new challenge almost every day and I get fantastic experience in management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand what it's like to be in a supervisors shoes and give excellent feedback and like to teach.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my area the supervisors start out at $14 per hour. We just combined some departments and now I am over 3 of them and am not getting paid higher than supervisors that only manage 1 department.
