Communication skills. Some coworkers need to come in and actually work for their money.

Too much gossip and drama this company needs a team work environment not a middle school.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its time to get in a team of leaders who don't utilize favoritism. Who actually have the ability to perceive dedicated individuals. Because if management is a group or a "circle" where everyone else is left out that's a recipe for failure.
