What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That my team and i believe in the culture of the company in taking care of our people and customers and that my store manager realizes how hard we work to get done what we do get done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health insurance is pretty affordable and its good coverage for what i need right now in life. We also have good stock options but it has risen so high that it makes no sense to buy it if i cant afford it.
What makes you most happy at work?
That my team and i make difference every night we go to work no matter if it is packing out freight,bay directed packdown, or just making the store grand opening ready for the morning. we take pride in what we do and accomplish.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am the overnight fright crew chief and key carrying dept supervisor who has wonderful crew that works for me. during the day time its a different story nobody does anything at all to help us out at night. Multiple managers and associates have been quoted saying thats not my job thats the freight c
