All acknowledgment is appreciated, but less badges and more financial compensation would be great.
Most are fine people once you get to know them. But every job is going to have a few that you don’t get along with.
Pay raises of any significant value are only given when you move to a higher position. Other raises, to my knowledge, are only cents on the dollar and do not come more than once or twice a year.
