Each group in departments learn how to work well with each other so they can accomplish jobs quickly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They reward hard work by helping those willing to put in extra effort with more hours. Meaning more pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day I have stuff to do, weather it’s downstocking or helping the occasional flood of customers. I’m never bored unless I’m ignoring work I could be doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company as a hole works togeather to focus not just on the customer and bottom line but also making sure they have good and hard working associates who enjoy their jobs.
