I dread even going in.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect for employees needs to be genuine
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to respect that in some cases we know a lot more then they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make way too little money for how much I make them. National politicians want a 15 dollar minimum wage and as a kitchen designer I make barely above that. I typically make more for them in one week than I make in an entire year and I’m basically a trade professional. Compensation is a joke.
