The leadership could be better when promoting the department supervisor to different jobs.

Coworkers could do a lot better job if they were ask to do whatever is ask of them to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay to much for insurance and every one that works there are not paid equal for what they do and know.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Some work when ask of them some does nothing but walk around talk and act like they are a manager jus want to give orders and all the door alarms needs to be fixed to stop way to much theft.
