Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm retired military and a previous employee of the Home Depot in the 1990s. In 1997 before I went to active duty I made $14 per hour. Now 21 years later I make $11 per hour. My hourly rate was not negotiable.
