
Leadership that cares more about the associates then their vacation or lunches
They need to be more in the store and more on the floor. Corporate preaches servant leadership but they don’t practice it
When they bump up starting pay they should equally bump up everyone’s pay, it’s hard to know there are recently new cashiers that make as much as me when I’ve been there over a year and I work hard in the garden department
There needs to be better communications, DS meetings shouldn’t be skipped just because the SM is out of the store, we haven’t had one in over a month. Consistent meetings work help us communicate better, be on the same page and be better informed about what is happening and what is coming up.
Leadership needs to take a more active role on the floor. Key carriers hours as MODs are in there own department, yet they dont spend much time there when they are covering as MOD, extra associates aren’t hired in to compensate for this, not too mention key carriers don’t get a raise for being mods
