When everyone works together without complaining. And when management backs up their associates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive store atmosphere, but it's hard to maintain because we are always short staffed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to be less lazy, get off their cell phones and work more as a team.
