They hire people who are friendly enough to work with you and realize that you're all going through similar stuff
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Job is high stress due to customer demands and occasional associate incompetence and apathy. Higher wages or raises could help employees. Not sure what to do about annoying customers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people will help you if needed or be friendly to counteract the stress customers and their demands put on you. The number of small events leadership sets up for us (cookouts etc) is quite nice too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They realize you're all going through the same stuff and will work with you so long as you dont dump a ton of stuff on them. Many will be friendly especially the longer tenured ones (1 or 2+ years)
