Surprise walks so management can't put on a show. Listen to those on the floor not in the office . If you see a worker who is typically in a good mood smiling and great with customers don't write them up for having a bad day talk to them find out what's going on
I love what I do . Solving problems for my customers but I feel that a lot of the new changes are not customer friendly or store worker friendly . I really wish . Some one would do an under cover boss at my store. Someone who cares about our customers needs and workers
