Departments don't communicate causing the store to work against itself. Department heads don't like each other. Management goes against each other. Team members don't follow their department heads.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some team members are really good workers others not so much. But even the good workers tend to not live up to their potential due to lack of positive leadership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is hiring the wrong people. The store as a whole does not operate as one team. And individual departments don't function well together or with each other. Change needs to happen but no body in management is putting the effort in to make a change.
