The upside is that you do get a 401K and you do get success sharing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are a joke. This is the most unprofessional place that I've ever worked. If they aren't sexually harassing you, they are bullying you because you went against the grain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to be better at dealing with issues in store. Nobody ever seems to want to deal with stuff until it gets too big to handle. They also need to work on people skills, as many of them seem to have none.
