Stop looking for someone to give them a cookie or a sticker every time they complete something...it's your job. It's what you're supposed to be doing...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager's are very involved and understanding and overall my fellow employees are easy to get along with...I make sure not to get too involved which keeps it from being like a highschool setting like I've experienced with quite a few companies in the past
