I get stuck working mid-shifts too often. That takes up the best part of everyday.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should not humiliate associates upon termination by standing at their locker while cleaning it out, and the policy of escorting the associate to the exit doors. Especially when the cause of termination has nothing to do with violence or threats.
