Management makes it a positive work place along with some coworkers.

Customer connectivity and the interaction with some of the vendors that come in to teach product knowledge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great group of people that bounce ideas and issues off eachother and try to give advice on how to deal with certain things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With my previous work history, is not taken into consideration as well my abilities are not being used to full potential. I was told I would receive compensation for my position I still have not received anything.
