
I have some great friendships with some of my coworkers and so we all work together really well
Some of the drama that happens at home should be left at home and not brought into the work place
The discounts to things like cedar point and such. They should add more (like discounts for coffee shops and such)
Supporting the associates in front of customers. When an associate tells a customer no and then calls a manager for backup, that manager needs to support that associates decision
The customer can be really rude and there are times when one of them is rude and instead of my manager telling them they can't treat me that way, they do whatever they can to make the customer happy
