Again, stop putting so much work on us. We are not robots.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop putting so much work on us. It is out of control.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance is good, and if the store you work in hits its bonus, that can be a nice paycheck too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much work. Need to slow things down a little and quit worrying about digging in every other company's pockets. I predict that we will be selling produce and meat in the near future.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop putting so much work on MET. We are good, but the company is killing us to keep shareholders happy. When MET started 10 yrs ago is was an awesome job to have, we had time to get things done. Now its just lets see how much work we can pile on these underpaid employees.
