Co workers most are great. However the management needs major improvement.

Stop hiring people who don't know what they are talking about. It makes them look uninformed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well learning the difference between right and wrong. Communication skills. To stop lying and actually run run their company propetly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not the culture. Not the hourly employees. Mostly management position. Can't properly run a business effectively or efficiently.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers at first were amazing and friendly. Then you start to work with them and their true self comes out.
