I work extremely hard with very little recognition and am very poorly compensated
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay people what they deserve. Have department supervisors who actually know something about there dept
What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR associate was easy to talk to and spoke very positively about the job. That position has since been eliminated and that man fired
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People need to be paid a decent wage. My $300 Dollar paycheck does not go far. I am sure upper management does not have to manage on a pittance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could take more pride in their work and actually do the job they are paid to do instead of waiting for someone else to do their work for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with home Depot for 12 years and only make minimum wage. New workers coming in make exactly the same as I do without the knowledge or experience I have. How can I not feel undervalued?
