It was only in front of one person and not all of the ASMs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not forcing people to switch departments because they went on summer LOA when they liked their original department
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not like the department I am in. I got switched because I went on summer LOA and they replaced me without my knowledge. It can be fixed by putting me back in my department.
