What do you like best about the leadership team?
reverse hierarchy - more appreciation for lower-level workers than in other companies. Leadership is very development-focused, even senior directors taking the time to meet with entry-level just to hear their concerns and goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I participated in an "interview day" event for the department. Because of the "round robin" style, and the meet and greet beforehand, I got a good sense for the type of worker (which is hard when you only meet your one interviewer)
