The way associates and management speak to you is with respect and professionalism.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The phone interview is fast and simple with an automated system, after that the personal interview is great with some qualifying questions

They are absolutely amazing and care about their associates and customer. I'm so proud to work at this company and really feel like I'm making a difference!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together, communicate, and are just overall a great team to work with. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help each other to get our customers taken care of and keep our associates safe.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive heath benefits, dental, and eye care as well as a success sharing check every 6 months. The company has many tools in place to help with daily life struggles and is very involved in their associates wellbeing.
What makes you most happy at work?
When helping customers I feel like I am making their life easier by having someone who can help them get the job they need done. Seeing the services we provide in our communities and helping with Veterans makes it so worth it!
