They actually appreciate when we do something well and take the time to thank us.

The people I work with are friendly, and most of the supervisors are pretty laid back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can loosen up and rag on each other. The break room is usually full of laughter rather than misery.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Besides a living wage, they've cut our schedules down to an average of 12 hours a week. I know it's the slow season, but we still need to survive. When we do work, we operate with a skeleton crew. Customers get very angry when there's no one available to help them, and they take it out on us.
