The work ethic in general of employees. Many employees don’t put in enough effort and do half the job. There should also be better interviewing and screening for managers and ASMs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The rules are inconsistent over employees. Some rules are enforced with some associates and not enforced with others. The attitude of the ASMs is very “I’m not asking, I’m telling”.
