More communication! More personal informative training.

Sense of urgency! Assuming the role of treat the customers as if they were friends or family

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Engaging and performing more one on one with employees rather than Town Hall meetings that produce absolutely nothing!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Unfair work loads and expectations! Need to stop relying on numbers and making stock rise and invest more in security, inter personal relationships with upper management and employees,as well as with customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Work performance far out weighs compensation...pay is barely above minimum wage and Homer Awards are hardly enough recognition for a job well done. Expectations are unrealistic and unfair as far as numbers are concerned about performance.
