it's good but I dont like the supervisor. she let her title go to her head and she takes it out on the employees

get rid of the favoritism and the clicks in the departments

vacations and holiday pay. they also have sick time and short term disability even if you are part time

it was laid back and we joked a lot. I also surprised the hiring manager by asking questions they weren't expecting me to ask
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
letting employees move to other departments when they have the training and not base it on availability and health issues to keep someone from moving to other areas.
